I'll bet it wasn't return as a lemon though, regardless of what they tell you

 

Believe what you want. It was absolutely. Lawyers involved and processed through lemon law. Every cent paid back including taxes and down payment and all payments made on truck loan.

 

And strictly only because of the hood?

 

Yes they put over half a dozen hoods on the truck and still could not get it fixed, this included cannibalizing hoods from other trucks in the inventory. The vehicle was inoperable for nearly 3 months.
