2 inch lift

Went in 3 days ago cause of ringing sound with my RPMs as it shifts into 2nd and 3rd I told them it’s probably my diff they tell me it’s the dynamic damper from that TSB thing they go by, if it ends up being the diff after they do this other thing are they gonna give me trouble covering it cause I still haven’t gotten the ok there coving the damper
