    I spotted this beater in the parking lot of the local movie theater...

    It's a 2005 Toyota Avalon (I ran the license plate through CARFAX) that probably should not be on the road. Apparently it was totaled in November 2018 and then put back on the road without being repaired. The emissions and safety inspection stickers expired in May 2018, and the car was filled with all sorts of junk!
