    Someone might post pics of the 2" on a grille, but I don't have a clean grille to put them on.



    His grille is nice! Worth the time saved doing it yourself. As for the letters that spell supercharged, I don't sell those. They are exclusive to my grille. I sometimes do custom sets though.

    What's the best way to smooth out the edges on these, and keep the lines straight?

    I don't have a grinding wheel, but do have a dremel. Past attempts at metal work with a dremel haven't been great.

    I use a dremel with a cutoff wheel to take off the micro tabs that are left on them from the plasma. That would be your best bet. Just go slow and careful. Most people just paint them and put them on and never notice the plasma edge.


    I still have 3 sets left.

    Just got the letters in today and they look great! What would be the best way of mounting these? I was thinking 3m double sided tape but here in AZ tape doesn't seem to work well in our extreme heat:tumbleweed:

    Jb weld them , won't come off anytime Soon , get the regular jb weld though not the quick weld because it's crap
