Toyota T-IV ATF vs. Idemitsu Type-TLS for A340E transmission

In asking my parts counter for 10-12 quarts of T-IV spec fluid for my A340 tranny flush, they came back with a quote for the OE Toyota T-IV at $5.50/qt, and some stuff i have not heard of before, Idemitsu Type-TLS at $4.99/qt.

Looking around i could not find any comparisons for this fluid to other T-IV spec ATFs, but here is a link to their site.

I just bought a case at dealership...t-I4 for 4.50 a qt . Bargain with them...hell talked them into throwing in a crush washer for the pan too.
