Toyota Tacoma 2008 4x4 shift problem

    When I shift from 4x2 to 4x4 low it does not shift.. It remains in 4x4 High. The vehicle is an automatic. when I shift to 4x4 low the lite flashs and I get a sound that matches the flashing lite..B:(

    I stopped and put it in neutral and it worked.. thanks for the advice and help..B

    Better tires Hurcules Terra Track, trimmed front mud flaps, (access limited tonneau-took off) softopper, ats running boards, Piaa fogs, window vents, Wireless thermometer, extra bed rings, valley hitch
    this is a great site. Ask a question and get an answer in a minute or two!

    Hitch and wiring, aux back-up light, rear strobe lights, radio and underseat sub.
    It should shift to 4lo under 5mph from 4hi. If it hasn't been used much, it may take a few tries.
