Toyota Tacoma 2021 v6

Can someone please help me with this problem!!
I have the truck 6 months ago everything is ok now is very cool mornings I usually automatically star the truck from my bad before I go to work, now is not star no more I take to the Toyota Diler for service they told me I don’t have auto stard and they don’t help me at all
I don’t know if is the control remote o I doing something wrong

If it started before, then you do have remote start. Maybe your trial period has ended before you have to subscribe to Toyota to continue that service from your FOB. I thought you had a year but maybe that's changed? I've heard you can get an app or something on your phone and start it that way, bypasses subscription? It's a damn shame you pay for that on your vehicle, then gotta pay more to keep it going! But then again, we pay taxes in it when we bye it, then keep paying taxes on it to keep it!!!!!!!!
