I installed this setup within the last couple of weeks. I used 5100's all around, a 1" block in the rear (still not clear if needed or not), new Moog Coils and KYB isolators on the front, and replacement rear leaf springs from general springs. Once I got a replacement for the 5100 that was bad out of the box- it went in easy. I set the front 5100's at the mid setting- mainly because I could not get the spring compressor out of the coils if I tried to compress them further. On level ground all 4 corners were within 1/4 inch of each other.
Next weekend I am going to do the ball joints, tie rods, sway bar bushings, etc... If it is not 100 degrees again like today.

I did drive the truck today with the new springs and shocks- it was pleasantly stiff- my old parts at 128k miles were worn out.

I also added an Addco rear sway bar- that probably accounts for some of the stiffness.

Hey guys - so I have everything stock on my '02 taco and have been told that my rears are getting worn out. I'm heading on a trip and towing a light trailer, should I just replace the rears or just do the whole thing - It would be cool to lift it all an 1" or 2" but not necessary - what else should I look out for to possibly replace that could be worn out. Thanks for your input!

Bilstein 5100’s with ome 881 coils on lowest setting, JBA upper control arms, LCE header, 31x10.5x15 falken wildpeaks.
you really have it set at 2.5”? That’s the highest setting right? What coils are you running?
