    A very versatile crossbar....

Provides a 3" rise, or a 2" drop if you flip them over.

Stainless steel mounting brackets lock into your factory accessory rail with the provided hardware.

A 14 gauge steel powder coated crossbar provides plenty of strength.

(we suggest three crossbars for use with RTT's)

    Pricing

$135 plus shipping for one bar
$245 plus shipping for two bars

These are pretty stout. Use them with things like bikes, skis, kayaks, and cargo baskets.

If using them for RTT's, we recommend three bars.

@KB Voodoo will you be developing to mount to the top of a diamondback cover? I want to run a RTT, but need the bars to mount to the top of the DB cover. Right now, there is only one company that has the towers and bars, that you bolt to the cover. Personally, I do not like the look, and they do not seem stout enough.

Do Yakima or Thule kayak mounts work with these?

You can bolt anything to them.

If you want to clamp, the crossbar dimensions are 3" wide x 1.5" tall.

Will there be a bolt on option?

@KB Voodoo see how those are bolted to the top of the diamondback cover?

Ahhh, now I know what you mean.

But probably not. I'm not sure if there would be a strong market for it.

Right on. I know a lot of RTT and expedition guys are always talking about it. However there aren't really any options, and the few that there are, people worry about supporting the weight.

    Thanks, anyhow.

These bars would be perfect for that I'm planning to do in terms of mounting my mountain bikes. Do you have any experience with bolting yakima/thule/rockymounts bike trays to them? I want a tray that allows me to mount my bike without taking the front wheel off, otherwise I would get the bike mount brackets you guys sell.

That seems to be what most people do with these.

The crossbars are 1.5” high x 3” wide. Just make sure your rack can clamp to it, otherwise you’ll have to bolt the rack to them. Either way, they work awesome.
