    So in the paper Tesla backed out of makng a plant in Downey
    and says it teamed up with Toyota and is reopening
    the NUMMI plant. Good for up north not good for here.

    Right now work in ANY part of the state is a good thing.
    I remember when Toyota first took over the NUMMI plant in '85- bid on the electrical work for it.
