Toyota to come clean about problem at last!! It now seems that it stems from a problem with putting the vehicle in (D) for drive. Some of the (D)’s in the shift bezel were mistaken for "The Devine Wind" (D)’s . If you bring your vehicle in they will take the Kamikaze - Devine Wind" out of your ride..! ohoo ho asoooo! Domo arigato!!! I saw something on the news tonight were someone had wired there vehicle to do this to discredit Toyota? Well I like my story better and I’m “sticking” with it. :D Sorry it went over your heads. On the news tonight it showed how someone had wired the ECU to prove it was not the mats or the gas petal to discredit Toyota. The U.S. GOV. is getting reports that it is still not fixed after they work on them. [A month after Toyota vowed to fix vehicles that suddenly accelerated, some car owners have already started complaining that the repairs were insufficient, according to a report in the Los Angeles Times Wednesday.

So far, at least seven complaints in the last two weeks have been filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, saying the repairs to pedals and floor mats have not stopped their cars from surging unexpectedly, the paper reports.

NHTSA has not confirmed the allegations.

"There is already doubt out there that the solutions Toyota has put forward really fix the problem of unintended acceleration," Aaron Bragman, an auto industry analyst told the newspaper. ] I say that when you put the vehicle in drive it stands for “Devine wind” also know as “Kamikaze”. You would think I posted this on TORRA.

Mr. Ickthus, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Me thinkee you pucked up! The only "Devine Wind" that came from the OP was obviously gastro-intestinal in origin, and was self-actuated. Did it blow out the pipe?

I'm surprised I didn't read something like, "Peter, Peter, this is Foreskin, Foreskin. I've been cut off. Over"
