Thank you. Do you mind explaining that a little bit? Leaning toward the Falken Wildpeaks 275/70/17. Load Range C.

That is incorrect, the ride doesn't change. I have two tacomas both on 5100s both on the 5th setting. I just went from the 4th to the 5th setting and have a 1 inch block and it rides awesome. Take it from someone who has 5100s and gives first hand experience. I would not change the springs as Bilstein recommends keeping them as they were designed to be used with the stock coils and that gives you a lifetime warranty. I run 285/70/17s on 4Runner SEMA wheels, no rubbing,no cab mount chop and I still have the factory mud guards.

load range c shouldn't be too bad but the higher the load range the thicker the sidewall (more ply's) so it tends to affect how rough it rides. I don't remember what thread it was but I read that someone went from a load e tire to a load sl 285 toyo at3 and his ride improved a good amount. Higher ply tires tend to be stiffer which helps protect them from flats more when off road but negatively affects ride. Shocks should be tuned so you can use them at any setting without too noticeable of a difference.

What offset are those wheels? I'm wondering if I can fit the same tires with 0 offset on a 2 inch lift without cmc.

The OEM Sema wheels have a +4 offset. You can get the updated version of this wheel from factorystylewheels in a 0 or -10 offset.

I talked to a guy yesterday who has a 2022 SR 2wd with 5100s set on the 3rd clip running a 285/70/17 on 0 off set wheel. No rubbing but no mud guards either.

Did part #90117-14011 come with all 4 u-bolts or did you have to buy 4 of them separately? They're like $40, can't imagine spending $160 for factory u-bolts...

Went with this lift and had the dealer install upon arrival. Having drive. A couple days, it’s fantastic! If you’re on the fence and looking for that OEM+, and keeping it under warranty, do it.

    Your truck looks great!

I'm leaning towards the TRD Lift for my Sport and going with 275/70R17s with Bronze TRD Wheels +5 offset.

I hope you get your shocks at this price. I tried twice from 2 different dealerships, was super excited about the purchase, then I got an email stating that these are not available anymore. Totally bummed.

The part number you show was changed and probably won't be available. Again, I really hope you get them, but you will probably have to find another dealer and order with the correct part number. Price will probably be a little higher.

Good Luck, you will love them when you get them.

Part number is for the fronts, price is for 1 only. Part number for the rear is ptr1335210rr. They are the OEM TRD lift kit shocks.

I ended up paying around $450 for the front and rears delivered including tax.

We’ll see what happens. TPD is reputable enough and has pulled through for me in the past, so fingers crossed!
