So I learned Toyota won’t sell the shocks as a set alone anymore. They all have individual part numbers but you can’t get them without buying the entire lift kit. I was able to buy the 4 shocks individually through BAM though.

You can buy the 4 shocks as a kit through online Toyota part dealers, but when they try to fulfill the order, the order gets cancelled. I tried 3 different places.

Try Larry Miller Toyota in Salt Lake City. That’s where I ordered mine from earlier this summer. Hopefully they will still sell them separately from the complete kit

Question, anybody know what is the model of the factory TRD Offroad bilsteins? or it's a specially made for the OEM truck. Second question is ride comfort of OEM TRD Offroad vs. Pro, curious how those Fox feels (especially going over pot hole and bumps). THanks!!

Anyone know why these will not work with 21 TRD OR 4x2s?

    Thanks

I think the front struts are different on the 2wd models.

I thought the 4x2 was lighter up front, and therefore these would lift the front too high, but you could try using the lowest clip setting on the front struts, even though the instructions say not to use that position for some reason…:notsure:

A couple of weeks ago I secured a 2022 OR by leaving a deposit. A few days after that I called the parts department for the dealership and inquired about the OEM lift kit and they had no idea about it. I was promised a call back but that hasn’t happened and it’s been about a week now. Are the kits only sold at certain dealerships/parts departments? Is this something that I can buy myself and have my dealership install for the warranty?

There's part number on the link this shouldn't be special at any particular dealership

Whoever you talked to didn’t look hard enough or didn’t know what they’re doing. The OEM lift kit is listed on the Toyota website amongst all the other add ons you can buy such as the bed mat, running boards etc.
Call your salesperson, not the parts department and negotiate the price of the lift into the final price of your truck.

Nope, the stock suspension isn’t adjustable. Not sure why your trucks would be different heights though

how would that even be possible, arent they moulded to accommodate the shape of the end of the spring? let alone how would it handle the thousands of miles ive already driven it off road
