I call b.s. even if she was driving a different brand vehicle. You need to watch the video again and when she says, "2007 Toyota Tundra" think, "2007 Ford F-150". Her grabbing her son at the end of the video and then wincing in pain was the icing on the cake.

hahaha its so funny how all the rotten people who own toyota all think its time to crash or make a big deal out of their car so they can get money and start suing toyota.

i saw a lady on toyota saying she owns a 2005 camry but suddenly she is TOOOOO scared to drive her kids and go to work. so now she can't even support her family or give her kids education becuase she lives far from work and can't drive her car that she has been driving for 5 years without any problems.

so ridiculous. the goverment its going to exploit this soooo much to get money flowing towards the "american" car companies. if you can even call their cars american anymore.

times like this makes me love my taco more.

My truck wildly accelerates too when my right foot floors the gas pedal. I'm suing Toyota!

It's great right now because I can speed wherever I go. If I get pulled over I am telling the officer that my accelerator pedal stuck. I get to work 5 minutes earlier each day. I want to see if I can cut my commute time down to 1 minute.

    Come on people,
NO one can say exactly what happened here although my first thought was she was lying but I quickly realized that I have a conflict of interest which we all do. It is sad that people will experience this problem while others will not and they will try to scam their way to the American dream. There is no doubt that people will use this for personal gain. With that said I believe Toyota really f*#ked this up. One you never use just one or two vendors it sets you up for a huge recall. Imagine that! I did not help that they were rushed buy uncle Sam to blame something and miss diagnosed the problem as floor mats witch locked them into this the floor mate recall because it is bad PR to say the floor mats were unsafe but we change our mind or that we were wrong but now we know. Now they have to announce a new recall on top of the one that already exists. And I truly believe that Toyota knew about this issue but decided not to dedicate the necessary recourses to resolve this issue due to corporate priorities. But priotes changed quickly.

Look at her body language. That's all I have to say. :p

She's twisting her neck with a brace on a year later for fuck's sake!!!

I cracked my C6 vertebra playing football 3 years ago and was in a neck brace for a month before I was in physical therapy getting everything back to normal.

    A few.
She is a pathetic joke. And a fraud. People like this should be prosecuted after it's been proven to be a made up story.

I guess it's a good thing Charlie Sheen doesn't currently own a Toyota.

She's a total liar. In her initial accident report, she said NOTHING about the truck accelerating out of control. It was listed NOWHERE in the report. Too funny watching the talking heads at CNN discuss how perhaps the officer was simply being "lazy". Yes of course, because that's the most logical explanation...
