    Yes it will. That is the version I have and I have an SR5. First you need a laptop running Windows XP. Other people say it works on Windows 7 & 8 but I could not get it to work on Windows 8 at all. Once you install on an XP computer, you have to search through the files on the disc for the instructions. I remember something about copying a file from one location to another. Then when you set it up you have to enter a code for the location you are in and then you get something like a 3000 day access. It is really confusing but once you get it set up it works fine.

    It communicate for me but the only parameter that i could change was the seat belt buzzer... Could it be the firmware ?

    i have an 2006 taco, im running aftermarket wheels and tires, all the TPMS sensors are gone, can i plug in this cable in my truck and turn off the TPMS light/system on my dashboard?

    I have TPMS for my FJ cruiser TRD wheels on the way . I will try it when it will be installed but i think you can only recalibrate the ID, you probably cannot disable it because it's security question.

    In the 2006 model year tacomas, you could ground the TPMS system with an inline fuse behind the glove box. It was an easy work around without tearing your dash apart to get to the light. You could also put it back to stock condition relatively easy if you were to sell it etc.
    There were threads explaining how to do it for it I did it on my old 06.
