    About to swap in this part to install diff breather extensions but I noticed it doesn't thread all the way down, it gets tight after about three threads. Is this a problem or do I just torque it to spec and let it stick out some? I made sure it's not cross threading. Pic is a similar example found on Amazon.

    Yeah, the threads on that are a pipe thread. Those threads are cut at a taper. That’s pretty much about where it’s gonna end, that’s normal.
