    I really don't think that they would notice, as long as you use a Toyota filter and synthetic oil.

    The kids that do the basic maintenance stuff at the dealership probably wouldn't even notice if you used a bright orange fram and peanut oil

    Actually my first oil change went pretty painless last fall. I did get some oil on my driveway from a screwup I caused by not removing the plastic drain plug from my catch pan container. Caught it in the nick of time before it caused a flood.
