    Mike Smith Toyota in Paducah, KY is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. i drive 2 hours and pass 2 other dealerships to do business with them, they are that good.

    I sure as hell wouldnt have left the dealership til they ordered me a bed mat. Meanwhile you are on here with your bed mat still not ordered and whining like a 5 year old calling ALL dealerships buy here pay here lots. Grow up and grow a sack

    Sounds like you started by going to the wrong dealership in the first place. Then you completed the survey before the deal was done? A bed mat takes one day for a dealer to get. You should have had it the next day.

    There are many ways to get the dealerships attention. Contact the attorney generals office, contact the better business bureau, etc. Someone from the dealership will contact you.

    Same. I was taking a walk through my neighborhood (which has a dealer in it) and swung by out of curiousity. I was looking for a new to me truck anyways.

    Last week of the month, Thursday, 8:30pm, cold and dark. He slipped and said "well, it has been a slow month" when I low-balled him. That's when I smelled the blood in the water.

    Actually, I can't speak for all dealerships, but mine had a bed mat in stock when I drove there the next day after buying my truck to purchase one.

    It sucks you had to go there, but at least its settled!

    The only Toyota dealer in Wichita is one of these shady places that says "hey bring in your pay stub and a water bill and we'll guarantee financing!" I drove clear to Kansas City to buy my 2017.

    I bought my truck on a Saturday, the service department wasn't even open. How the hell am I supposed to know who orders what? I could have sat there til I turned 100 but it still wasn't going to get ordered til Monday.

    OV Tune, Bakflip F1, Redline hood struts, faux pro headlights and tails, Meso: bucket, map and dome lights, fuse cover.
    It's been this way for a long time. When I bought my 07, I had the all weather mats, door sill protectors, and bed mat on the "owe sheet". Took them weeks and me calling multiple times before they finally "found" them. And I had to harass them about it.

    So I went by to pick my mat up and turns out they ordered the wrong size. Probably on purpose. The salesman knew he didn't sell me a short bed truck and he's supposedly the person who had to make customer orders according to the manager. I live over 2 hours away so I said screw it and took the mat and I'll just sell it on Facebook marketplace and order one for a long bed. Incompetence is alive in well at Toyota dealerships.

    Call them up and bitch about it. They live and die by reviews. Threaten to post a shitty review on all of their online pages. Dont let them off the hook for their idiocy or else they will continue to fuck over the next guy in line.

    What did you do to list them off so bad?

    I wouldn't accept being treated this way. I may have even gone to a local store to get some sign making supplies, then stood out on the nearest public spot and let the public know how you have been helped or not helped.

    That's just it, I was a very easy customer. I took their offer on the new truck because I knew it was good and I only demanded for my trade what their online trade appraisal said my truck was worth even though they tried to lowball
    Me.
