I just wanted to post about a good experience with toyotacare.

I am travelling this week for work. Got to my office in the Reno area and while unloading the truck locked my keys in it. :annoyed:

I called toyotacare told them what happened. They verified my identity and asked when I would be available to have someone unlock. I told them I was in meetings all day but 530 pm would be best. They said that was fine and some one would be there then. I was skeptical, .

500 pm rolled around and I got a text from PopaLock saying a tech would be there in 30 minutes. They showed up on time. 30 seconds latter the truck was unlocked. I asked the guy what I owed and he said nothing, Toyota will pay for it.

    Very satisfied with this expierience.

Have always done all me own maintenance. My 2016 Tacoma has ToyotaCare, and so I decided to give it a try.

Six months ago the 5k Service went well, and they changed the oil and filter then, even though I didn't ask for it. Also manually checked my tranny and differental levels. Found the tranny to be 1.0 qt low, and topped it off.

Just this morning I had my 10k Service, and again all went well. I asked that the T-SB-077-16 be implemented, and they did so without any hassle at all.

Kudos to Toyota and the Toyota of Naperville dealership I frequent. Aside from the quirky transmission issues (I actually only experience the Reverse to Drive delay, when cold), this truck has been wonderful.

Just wanted to report some good news...................Frank
