    used this when i got the spring TSB done. didn't want to quibble with the dealer about it, so i emailed toyota corporate first. worked like a charm. the service manager called ME. i will most likely go this route for any other major concerns in the future. on the plus side, you get a "paper trail" instead of " i talked to so and so on the phone..."

    they will tell you to contact your dealer, but with a little prodding, they will do it for you.
