I have 1/4 lift top plates on both fronts of mine. Can't remember how thick they are but 1/4 of lift. Added them to my 5100s at 1.75 for 2" of lift.

From the pic/video of your lift it looks like the rear shock could possibly contact the leaf springs. Can you take another pic of the rear suspension from a diff angle to help put my mind at ease?
