im interested in putting some coilovers on my '15 taco sometime in the near future, hoping for a better ride quality as i do not do any serious off-roading. Toytec's BOSS coilover seems to be a decent setup with a decent price, just curious if any of you have this set up, have had this set up in the past, or could offer any advise on the "best bang for your buck" kind of deal. Thanks in advance!

You are definitely looking at the right coilovers. I have them now and do some decent wheeling. They have been great. The ride is great, I love the ability to adjust them, and they have been wearing well with my use. Since I am off roading more I plan to step up to the BOSS 2.5 coilovers this year and will get my current BOSS setup rebuilt for my wife's 4th Gen 4 runner.

Do you have UCA's as well? If so what brand and what's your opinion on them? Also if your willing to sell your BOSS's soon I could potentially be interested in buying, depending on mileage, condition and what you'd want for them of course.

I chose to go with Light Racing (SPC) UCA's. In Colorado I want a sealed Ball Joint and I like the avilify to fine tune the alignment with how you can adjust the BJ. I also like how easy it is to replace the BJ when they wear out. No pressing like with a uniball.

The wife's 4 runner could really use the upgrade so I don't plan on selling them. Also I am waiting for Toytec to get the new 2.5's in and I am not certain when that will be.

But check your PM's I left you a note. :)

Very nice set up, I'm iffy about a the TC UCA's for the same uniball/no boot reasons. PM recieved and replied.

Well I wanna see what you get when you do. It's always awesome to see a well built taco. :)
