Don’t know anything about lifts and suspension. However I do know enough to know this Tacoma I’ve owned for about 9 months now rides way to rough. I can hardly go on roads that have simple wear and potholes without feeling thrown around. Is this suspension adjustable at all? Thank you

    -old worn shock
-who knows what brand shock and spring
    -thick spacer up top
    -probably set too high
    -probably non steel bumper springrate
    -pencil-thin

    not good

your options are 6112 or better such as Fox, for the goal you seek

front sway bar also reduces ride quality

Do you think I could take it to a suspension shop and they could possibly adjust it? I’m not looking to buy new parts unless needed.

Looks like a spacer above the top hat too

The top hat is supposed to be there, I think this is their 3" coil over.

I would have a suspension shop dial the shock collar down, knock off 1/2-1" of ride height and you'll get the ride quality back.

As stated, looks like possible small top plate spacer in there. That can be removed. Can adjust the height lower on those coilovers. This will drop the front end some, but the ride will be smoother.

I’ve heard it advised to not run 3” lift
That 1-2” is better to avoid sacrificing downtravel that will contribute to worse ride

with lots of lift I had positive camber (bad)
When I lowered it some, camber went to 0 (good)
