ToyTec Lifts and SPC/Light Racing are excited to release a new product for Toyota Enthusiasts this January 2010. It’s been a product you have all been waiting for, Adjustable Upper Control Arms for a 1995-2004 Tacoma and a 1996-2002 4Runner. That’s right, these new, never featured UCA’s are similar to the ones they sell for the newer generation Tacoma’s, FJ’s, and 4Runners.

The UCA’s are adjustable replacement arms offering extra clearance between the tire and control arm as well as in the front spring area. The arms use a larger heavy duty ball joint with a rubber boot to keep moisture and dirt out, while keeping the grease in, thus preventing noise. They feature adjustable camber and caster so alignment on any lift can be dialed in perfectly. They will work with any lift that uses the stock arms yet there is no need for longer CV’s. They will also add some more flex too due to the increased ball joint size and travel.

Please stay tuned for our exact release date.

I don't know a ton about the others, but maybe the type of ball joint they use.
