I bet we never hear from OP again

ARB does a ton of research before selling their products and also has good quality control so I am doubtful the issue is with them. Hell we have been trying to get them to make a snorkel for 7 years for the 05+ Tacoma and they want someone to send them a Tacoma so they can properly test it out.

Either way props for Toytech eating the cost of what I think is someone's inability to properly install a product.

    All sorts of crap
Toytec maybe should have arranged the part to be shipped back on his dime. If they got them back and noticed they were flawed, they could have issued him a full refund + the shipping; this could have been explained to the customer. If the part was fine, no refund would be issued and further discussion with the customer on how they wish to proceed.

I don't know that’s just how I would have handled a $26 item which costs Toytec maybe half that or even less.

But yep, there are always two sides to every story for sure and I think for the most part whenever there’s a dispute the dealer/manufacturer gets screwed. Then again this is just one of the many things that comes with running a business and those doing so should be well aware and do what they can to prevent situations such as this.

Yikes. He has alot of options though. I paid just over 1500 for full OME with dakars, not pre assembled and LR UCAs.
