    1st Gen letters on my 05 Sport.... I added some "Raptor LED's" that I got from E-bay, and ran the power from inside my truck, using the dashlight circuit. Turned out mint!

    Took a bit but finally got a cortisone shot today. Hoping this does the trick.

    So that cortisone is really something else! Not 100% completely pain free but it did away with about 95% and I’d call that a win. :D

    Much fab progress this weekend :cool:

    All the raptors are fully prepped and the thin lips are completely ready to assemble once the components come back.



    Felt very good to get back in the swing of things this weekend.

    Bro you need a Theraband Flexbar. I had band tendonitis/tennis elbow and it helped me a great deal. Ive done deep tissue sports massage on it which helped but was only temporary but ive found the Theraband help me even more as it helps stretch the area in a more isolated area and also strengthen it as well. This video is pretty close to what i do as far as the exercise goes but you don't bend your wrist too far on the release as it would defeat its purpose. I got it for like 15-20$ on Amazon, Good stuff

    I know I said I could be patient...but I can't wait for all of the components to come back from powdercoat/paint. I've been thinking about how awesome this grill will look on my truck since the day I put my name on the list.
