    Those 4 were... the others I am working through a few issues:

    Unfortunately this is time of year when it gets colder and it makes it more difficult to get a good paint job on the inner surrounds. I’m fighting with runs. :mad:

    Some of them are hard to see and I end up finding them as I’m trying to get the batch assembled.

    This is one example of what I’m referring to:


    When I come across these I’ve got to stop and sand them out and then repaint. Pretty frustrating when I want to get them wrapped up and shipped. :(

    Also have two outer surrounds with blemishes that are unacceptable:

    Frustrating . Got to turn up the heat in the garage . That’s what I do during hunting season . Half my garage is dedicated to my hunting equipment .Thats where I make custom arrows . I also get dressed in some of my hunting clothes before heading out . :thumbsup: :D

    Hope to have a replacement surround for yours by the end of this week. I found this on the outer surround when I went to assemble it:


    There was about a 1 1/4” dig of some kind in the plastic. Wasn’t visible when I dropped it off for paint.

    Completely unacceptable for a finished grill.

    I have a replacement at the paint shop now.
