    To your first question - I could do it but I'd have to manufacture the die & that's serious time and $$$. Not prepared to take that on at this time...

    To your second - all the mesh I supply is aluminum... No rust.;)

    The best part is there is no waiting for anything to cure. once it is formed it is ready to sand & finish. The thing that holds me up on these is the painting...

    Also ---- had to go to the hospital today to get checked out... was having chest pains & you really don't want to fool around with that. I was told to "take it easy" and I have a followup with a cardiologist on Wed. Morning.
