    I'm just curious how rigid the satoshi grill is. Where I live I'm constantly hitting birds, so would hitting a small bird at 80 bend or dent it?

    Funny you say that - when I was driving through the BadLands I hit a bird with my 1st. gen...:rolleyes:

    The way I build the satoshi it is all plastic - NO bondo or fiberglass at all. The sides are actually twice the thickness of the stock inner surround when I'm done.

    If you mess up the mesh it is easily replaced...:D
