hey homer taco, or anyone who might be able to answer a few questions.

I am currently down range in afghanistan and am looking to build a stormtrooper when i get home. i am due for leave in mid to late november and will be back home in late feb early march. within those times is when i will by my tacoma. so my questions are.

what is the turn around for this AMAZING work? as in how soon from starting at the bottom of the list till you need to know the color/year? i know you do this in your limited spare time and i am just trying to judge when i show get on the list so i have it when i'm home (give or take a month or so)

the "other custom grilles" does that include the "raptor" type in your signature?

On another note -Ii have updated the OP List.

For those of you in the current "in production" batch - I am waiting for the mesh to come back from powder coat. I expected it back this past Friday but they are completely swamped. The Owner guaranteed it will be done by 8/9 so I'm on hold with assembly until then.
All of the outer surrounds are ready to go in the shop:

I expect to ship this batch the week of 8/13

Yes. I just sorted it. Assembly begins this evening after I put the kids to bed.

 

do the kids assist there father?

 

sometimes with little chores & stuff... They are still very young. Mrs.Taco is a BIG help though - She handles a lot of the shipping.

 

Have an event to attend this evening but half of the current "in production" batch is now complete and ready to ship:



It was a lot of fun today - I got to build thin-lip, flushmount, and full depth grills all in the same day. I think this was the first time that happened.

I'll finish up the remaining 5 tomorrow and post a pic.

Also - I have a TON of PM's to respond to and a few PayPal Requests to set up - I'll be doing that this evening when I return.
