Yesterday my wife cranked my truck up to let it warm up. It was the coldest morning yet at 28 degrees. I got in my truck and noticed my light was on. Its the same light that tells you its time for an oil change, the one with the ! In it. My truck didnt come with a manual so i drove it down the autozone to let them run the codes and they said it was my tpms light. I said can you just check to be sure? So the ran the test and NO codes found which was good. I went to sheetz and put air in my tires. Some had 25 psi and some 27 psi. I bumped all up to 35 psi. Is that a good pressure to keep at? I got back in and my wife said after i pumped up the left rear tire which had 25 psi the light went out. Is this the same light?

It'll be fine. I run 32 in mine because of the fluctuation in temps where i live. You most likely also have a RESET button under your steering colum if the light really bothers you, you can reset it if it doesn't go off soon enough to suit you.

Tpms light will go off by itself once the tires have correct pressure.

This weekend at Steven Toyota it was 20* one morning. My TPMS light was on and I checked the tire pressure and it was quite a bit lower than what I had it set at. When it warmed up the tire pressure came back up and the light went off.

Unless you guys were just screwing with me :spy:. Op check your tire pressure when it's warmer out and you should be good.
