TPMS ~ No Flashin?

    So I have 1500 miles on my new 18 Yota...just switched over to Summer wheels..W/O TPMS installed.. and wicked surprise...that damn yellow annoying light....isn't blinking...how can that be?
    Last yota these were on,,light flashed always. I don't know wierd eh...any thoughts

    You just haven't driven far enough...take it for a 30 mile drive and report back.

    Yip...Been drivin her almost 2 weeks now, bet over 200 miles....
    1 hand I'm happy, no light..
    Other hand,,,wonder if P/C glitch?

    Are your stock tires with the sensors nearby when you first start the truck? And if so, how far are you driving. Just a thought, it could be picking up the sensors and you are not going on a long enough trip for it to throw the light before you return home. :confused::notsure:
    Thats all I got. Otherwise enjoy no light.

    I also recently get new wheels and did install the OEM Toyota sensors but didn't not re calibrate to the new sensors. its been 2 weeks still no dash light. Toyota did inform me when I purchased the sensors I would need to have them calibrated to the unit. now im wishing I didn't spend the 175$ on them. oh well !
