    this and that...
    after a certain amount of miles the light will come on. if you have your old set of wheels with the tpms and you park near them, what could happen is that the truck senses the old tpms and the ligh turns off effectively resetting the cycle. happened to me when i took off my sports which still had the tpms and put on my trails which had regular stems. the truck would reset every night until i ultimately sold the sports.
