I recently upgraded mu 02 PreRunner to 18" TRD wheels with TPMS sensors from a 2007 Tundra. Is there a way for me to get a Tundra "receiver" so I can use the TPMS?

I don't think it will work without a heck of a lot of work. You will need the TPMS ECU and I don't know if it is part of the vehicles ECU, if so then it won't work. How are you planning on wiring into the the 2002 wiring harness, have it talk to the ECU and get the light to show up on the dash? Plus the sensors in the rims have to be programmed into the TPMS ECU by the dealer, you need all 5 tires and pressures to be close to the same.
