I want to have a set of wheels and tires mounted and balanced as well as well as having them install new tpms, but I want to have the sensors programmed at a later date at the dealer. Do I need to just write the serial numbers on the sensors for the dealer to program them?

Reason I want this done is to make sure I can run the new wheel and tire setup w/o rubbing and do any triming, cutting before I have the sensors programed to the truck.
