I got them from eBay, but you can get them cheaper there than I did, and also need 4, rather than 5, as I indicated above.

...these are the ones I got, just go to eBay and search Tacoma OEM tire pressure sensors, and then make sure of the results, they fit your year. ...the below ones I just cut and pasted were currently priced at $51 and change, so figure under $60 with shipping...

Don't let this distract you from the fact that Hector is going to be running three Honda civics with spoon engines, and on top of that, he just went into Harry's and bought three t66 turbos with nos, and a motec exhaust system.

Hector is still in the Fast and Furious days. That truck only has the ability to store 4 tire sensors regardless of what Hector says. Any why are the 4 on the truck $300 each but the spare is only $200?! It takes longer to drop the spare than it does to pull a tire off.

You will likely have no data on your screen/dashboard for one of the four tire pressure sensors.

    Cheers

Not to hijack the thread, but am I correct in understanding that:
If I had 2 sets of wheel with TPMS, I could make set 2 a clone of set 1 and be able to switch between sets without any 'programming' and have no errors?

Also- how does the truck know the position of each sensor when tires are rotated? Does it have to be 'taught' or is it automatic?

    TIA.

Have you tried resetting the sensors? (...following the instructions in your manual.)

    Cheers

I only have 1 set of wheels but when I rotate and hit the TPMS reset button below the steering wheel the system seems to know the position of each sensor.

Not stupid. I had it scan...front driver is the bad one 0%. The rest reads 60% battery life. You would assume it will still read them minus the bad one on your dash.
