    Hmm . . . none as yet, that's why i'm here . . .
When going from steel to aluminum wheels use the original sensors but mount at 180 from original position onto aluminum wheel

Commercial Tire showed my 2019 Tacoma TPMS uses a 7 digit hex code (ex 3064AEF) on both of my sets of tires. One set has stock Toyota TPMS and the other set has cloned TPMS sensors.

I changed my 2008 Prerunner 16” steel wheels, for a full set of 2017 Prerunner 16” aluminum wheels. Discount tire installed working sensors in the aluminum wheels, but could not get the light to go out.
Not sure what sensor p/n’s are installed because the 2008 steel wheels had sensors and the 2017 aluminum wheels I bought had sensors in them. The spare has a TPMS sensor on a steel wheel. It’s works and pressure is good. Sounds like I need to buy aluminum wheels programmable sensors because I don’t know what sensors are in the wheels now. I assume I will need a hand held programmer, load the sensor numbers in the sensor ecu, and then run a program to marry the sensors and ecu to regonize each other.
    Thanks,

I see your truck is a 2015. That means the sensors are near the end of their batteries life. Around 7-8 years is typical although sometimes they do last longer. I'd buy new ones and have them mounted with the tires. I've used sensors ordered off Amazon on 3 different vehicles and had zero issues or complaints. Cost is about $25 each but they often have them in a 4 pack for around $80. That is the way I went.

It won't cost you anything to have them installed now since they are mounting tires anyway. If you wait until they die it there will be a $10-$25 charge per tire just to install them.

Secondary smog pump mod done. Cali Raised ditch lights and amber fog lights installed with On off switches installed in 2 of 3 factory blank slots!
remember the steel rim sensors are different than the alloy ones....so I'm assuming that may be the issue

Not sure what sensors are install could be the old steel wheel sensor or the newer aluminum wheel sensors. How can I tell the difference?
