TPMS/smart key module 897B0-04010

Does anyone know off hand if this module is simply plug and play with another module or would it need some reprogramming to acknowledge smart keys and TPMS sensors?

Dealership I'm normally with is useless in that they've said it's not the TPMS sensors but want 1k to diagnose the module since they need to pull headliner etc. My issue is I can easily pull it myself it's a matter of whether it'll work just by plugging it in without any additional work as I can simply buy the part and do it myself for a fraction of the cost

Any input is greatly appreciated from someone in the know
