I picked up some TRD Pro wheels and BFG K02s along with new factory TMPS sensors. I went to the stealership and they wanted $175 to sync the new sensors to the computer. 4 Wheel Parts wants $150. None of my local tire shops nor Costco have the 2016 software yet.

Does anyone in the Bay Area have any suggestions?

    Thanks!IMG_2903.jpg

If you know the TPMS IDs, you could inexpensively program them yourself using Toyota Techstream.

Had mine done at discount tire.... Have your local tire dealer try to sync them by entering your truck as a 2015 Camry on their scan tool... Worked on mine. I believe the Camry uses the same TPMS as 3rd gen Tacoma.

Discount tire is hit or miss. The first tech said he couldn't do it, and referred me to the dealer.

The manager came out, read each TPMS sensor, then programmed them into the truck by plugging it in to the ODB port, and worked perfect. They didn't even charge me.

I've had good luck with the America's Tire/Discount Tire in Walnut Creek. Nice people there.
