    Hi does anyone know the torqe spec for Toyota OEM Pacific clamp in TPMS sensors?
    For 3rd gen Taco.

    It's actually written on the sensor. 4Nm ± 0.6Nm.

    Just swapped all 4 myself a few weeks ago. Didn't use a torque wrench though.

    Thanks Shim I went out and bought an inch pound torque wrench, might have other uses for one too, and then got my wheels out of the shed. Was going to install the new TPMS sensors but....

    dang I don't have the tool to remove the standard shraeder valves that are in them. Such is life guess the boys at the tire shop can handle that.

    Regular shrader valve removal tool is called side cutters...

    Just cut them with a razor blade or cutters. Even grabbing and pulling hard with pliers will get them out.

    Personally I would never bother with a torque wrench for something like a TPMS sensor. What’s the worse thing that could happen?

    ^Either over torque and distort the parts and cause leaks, or put insufficient squeeze on the O-rings and cause leaks.
