I have a 2013 PreRunner SR5 double cab with steel 16" wheels. Will the TPMS sensors on my stock wheels fit on factory alloy wheels?

It will not be a direct fit. The steel wheels come with 40* angled sensors and alloy wheels come with 20* angled sensors. You can have the sensors flipped 180*, but you'll run the risk of breaking/damaging the sensor when you dismount the tire if the tire guys is not aware.

I do not know the Toyota part number. You will want to call Toyota's part department and ask them.
