    I've read on this, but want to make sure I'm right. I have some FJ steel rims I want to mount tires on. I've do believe I've read the steel rims take a different sensor, is this true? If so could anyone here confirm exactly which sensor it is? Thanks

    Yes, but if you wanted you can run universal tpms from any tire shop as well. They are more flexible and don’t have the clearance issues like the old tpms had.

    It’s what I would do and I work at a dealer with oem sensors at cost.
