The brown is for ground loop (not the same as ground)

don’t worry about that unless you have engine noise in your audio

Thanks! So I’ll be adding my loc and amp remote to theses areas. Are these the correct wires to tap in? C25678BE-617A-489C-966C-86B78E323CA1.jpg

C17C1D56-033D-45B0-A98C-E239DB3C4A05.jpgProject finished: Thanks to destin_meeks and tpp4. After doing the key auto tune I think I got the happy music. Can you guys tell me what it’s supposed to sound like? And I have a lot of noise when my volume is down do I need to turn my gains down lower? Thanks C17C1D56-033D-45B0-A98C-E239DB3C4A05.jpg

The sad noise is very obviously sad. You’d know if you heard it

for the noise, turning your gain down will definitely help. You’ll lose some top-end volume, but you should still be able to push it plenty loud

So lowering the gain will get rid of the hiss? It has nothing to do with any grounding issues? Thanks

Yeah it’s nothing to do with the grounding. You will see a bit less hiss if you run dedicated ground, and power to the battery. But these are honestly just noisy amps.for all the features they pack in and the price point they hit, somethings gotta give

I listen to mine around 25 sometimes 30 and it's plenty loud. I adjusted my gain at that level and it's literally almost dead quiet. When it's cranked beyond that all your going to hear is your ears ringing.

Does the cable with the fuse need to be connected as well?

Great Post. I will be trying this with an Alpine KTP-455 I have laying around and add the JL Audio Stealthbox with a JL Audio 300/1.

Would the RCA and extra blue turn on wire be better closer to the Key for adding a amp later? I looks to me that they are next to the HU?

Quick question, with this harness here are you running power and ground independently for the key? I see them curled up at the top there, did you solder a wire to those two red wires and run directly to the battery?
