    None, yet.
My 2009, 4x2, 5-lug, auto, has been giving me about 25.6 or so. I have only been through two tanks of gas, but I am being gentle on it, the miles are mostly highway, but the AC has been on most of the time.

I don't feel guilty about what I see on mine. It hasn't caused me to change how I drive. I just wanted to know where MY truck is at. I use my truck too much as a truck to be real concerned about milage. When I pull a trailer it drops to 15mpg or lower. That kills my average, but I don't really care. One thing to consider, if you keep track of your mileage and you see a steady drop over a few tanks, it may help you catch a problem before it gets bad or something breaks.

I agree...I would not change my driving style because of trends discovered while tracking.

I definitely did do it to see if running 93 over 87 had any benefit. No reason to spend the extra $$$ if there is no mileage benefit. The extra power is nice but not necessary. The V6 has enough juice for me.

Does anyone know about how many miles more you can go on the freeway before you run out of gas once your gas light turns on?

Yeah, my low fuel light goes on when there is 3.5 gallons left in the tank ... at 21 mpg it could go about another 73 miles.

funny i noticed the exact opposite....i have fuel records all the way back to sept 07 when i got the truck. when gas was cheap last nov i gave the 91 stab. after 11 fuel ups (which i belive is a decent sample) i was getting the exact same mileage. my driving habbits did not change, so the gas was pretty much the only variable...i switched back to 87 since...

I did it again. Got tired of paying truck payments and gas and traded in for a 2015 Honda Accord Sport since I enjoyed my 2013 Sport so much.
I get around 17-18mpg mixed driving as well.

This is with a lift and somewhat heavy AT tires. 93 octane..

I tried 87 again and the truck seemed slower and I got 16-17mpg average.

I average 20mpg overall. Hwy mileage does not seem to be any better. Towing I have monitored more closely getting around 7.5mpg with cruise and beating the hell out of the truck with higher rpm's on the hills. Without cruise and keeping rpm's under 3K I get a solid 12mpg towing am estimated 5300lbs. Which means on some hills I'm crawling at around 40mph. And the most gas pumped; 21.9. I'd say I was on fumes at that point.

I use 87 oct daily and 93 oct when towing.

I have my mileage from day 1. Imported into fuelly. I noticed my best permanent increase when I started using a ScanGuage.

17-18 mpg is good?? wow... I know I'm an old fart compared to many around here but I regularly get 21.5-22 mpg out of my V6 running 87 octane. Maybe a lot of folks here are running 10% ethanol?

I absolutly loved this one: ''I do not have a girlie foot when I drive. I accelerate to the red light then apply brakes (none of that coasting or hypermiling bullshit).'' hahaha

    Thanks for the results

    Why is that?

Scan guage is just a guage...correct? It doesn't change the performance of the truck, it only tracks it.

How can it affect your gas mileage? Does it just make you drive differently?

It will show you your instant MPG, therefore making you more aware of how you are driving.

It makes a a difference in the way you drive. You can see your instant MPG. In my case I was over "babying" my truck. With the scanguage I could give more throttle than what I was, getting the truck to speed faster, increasing the MPG. Maybe it is all psychological, but the numbers don't lie. I saw a 2+ MPG increase on the first tank.
