So from what I’m learning is your steering wheel should always be straight that is the first thing proper tech does is straighten steering wheeel then perform the alignment serving that way when you get your truck back not only does it drive straight but your wheel is also straight

Just got off the phone with the service manager he asked me if it was ok to send it to another shop for alignment and that he will pay for it I said that’s fine I just want the truck to drive correct. He also said he will contact servco to see if it’s just my truck

Update truck pulls still after multiple more attempts the last one tech was on phone with Toyota to take “measurements” but the truck acts differently after the measurements

Toyota service manager says servco the Toyota importers to Hawaii will not look at it based on the numbers it can’t be pulling and to take it to the other dealer on the island in Hilo so they can look at it so I have an apt on sat with the manager at that dealership to figure this out ugh

The 6th picture you posted sort of says it all.
I'd take it a collision wheel alignment shop to verify.

Bad news can’t correct that with alignment need a big ass hammer...numbers indicate a twist happens when you run into a ditch too fast.

Caster, camber and toe are within spec....

SAI and included are technically within spec, but you have some side-to-side deviation. This is indicative of bent or worn parts.

There is no specified range for your passenger side set back, lateral offset and thrust angle; but they are 'off'.

I have told them I would pay for the repair if it’s my fault just fix the truck to drive straight. They say they are not able to fix it and there is nothing wrong. I’m so confused

Hey, I have a similar issue with mine. I hit a curb pretty hard, needed a new wheel bearing, rear axle, alignment and rims. (yup). I'm still having issues with it coming unaligned and pulling to the left within days of getting aligned. The last time they tightened the steering rack and it felt like it did when it was new (maybe that'll work for you) but after a few small bumps in the road it went back to pulling left and the steering wheel not being centered.
It's at the dealership again for other issues and they'll be looking at this as well.
