So I’ve looked at multiple threads on here about what to do after a lift when the traction control light comes on while turning and I’ve gone to Toyota dealer to get vsc reset and also went to the place i got the lift done before that and both said they fixed it…the light still comes on when making sharpish turns at any speed (i will say it’s gotten less sensitive since going to Toyota dealership). Is this just life now or is something really wrong? It’s a 2016 trd sport and it was a 3” lift

That's a lot of lift... I'd be checking speed sensor harness.
Change wheels to a high offset?

mine did that all the time. i took it to the dealer and they did something to it and no problems afterwards. i can't remember what they did and can't find my paperwork anywhere. maybe take it to a different dealer?

I saw this thread and wasn’t sure if it as well worked for 3rd gens. Also wouldn’t the dealership resetting the vsc give me the same outcome?

That's kind of why I didn't post the procedure. You did say it became less sensitive...
But, I guess if they were in your truck, jerking off...
My guess is the recalibration would have failed, though.
