If My truck ( me) stops right on the edge of the slight 1" lip elevation of concrete at my garage doors, (to confirm my mirrors clear the sides before pulling in) upon giving the truck a little gas to get over this small "lip" of concrete, the anti skid goes into extreme "chattering" and the AS dash lights flash, brake pedal chatters, and gas pedal chatters. Hell the whole truck chatters and vibrates. At first I thought it was antilock brakes chattering. It's quite loud. I have to reverse and back away about 2-3 ft. and then roll forward with momentum to get up this small "lip".
    Anyone else witness this?
    Sounds like a dealer issue.
    Am I wrong?

I'm not there, but it sounds like there's a slight tire slip, since you're stopping right at that lip, and the traction control is doing it's job. 1" doesn't sound like much, but if you're making a complete stop right at it, then starting again over it, with zero momentum takes a large amount of force to overcome this.

No , no tire slip at all. Dry pavement (concrete drive).

If it's your rear tires stopping/starting at the lip, I'm guessing there may be a slight slip as the tires overcome the lip. You may not even hear/feel this before the ECU does, this is common on new vehicles, it's essentially quicker then you are.
Test it; at the end of your driveway, put your truck in 4WD, and then pull forward, just make sure the transfer case is all the way engaged first. Your front tires should help pull the rears over the lip, and therefore you won't have the TC control firing. If TC still goes off, yeah, you may take it in.

I stopped unknowing at this lip with front tires just below lip. I have to be careful to get mirrors close to sides of garage door opening to give spouse room for her to open driver car door and not hit the rt. side of truck. this isn't the usual stop point, but it happened. Once I confirmed mirrors were cleared of garage frame, I applied a little gas to start movement forward into garage and that's when all hell broke lose. All four tires were on dry concrete pavement. My 2 nd gen never had any issues at this maneuver and this "pulling into garage" scenario doesn't happen often. But it does happen.
I guess I can use the crawl control to pull into garage.
I think I'll be visiting dealer with this issue and also transmission gear hunting issue at Hwy speeds.
My rear diff whines but it isn't overly loud. I'm afraid that the "fix" for this would leave me in worse shape than before.
