I know theres much talk about these features but most seem to go deeper than the answer I'm looking for. I've also read my manual and still feel like a complete dumb ass. Please help:

    Auto LSD
    Rear Differential Lock
    VSC

    What do they do?
    How do they work?
    When should I use them?

Auto LSD is a fancy word for electronic braking/traction control. You'll see the greatest benefit in rain or loose gravel/dirt. Snow... it'll probably fuck you. Especially in turns.
Well, even that's not true, the new AutoLSD is all 4 wheels iirc. The old mechanical LSD in the 05-08's was worse in the snow.

Your rear differential lock allows both of the rear wheels to spin together, locking them together. Without this engaged, when both wheels are stuck in the sand, only one will spin. This is useful to get out of said situations and enable traction to more than one wheel.

For VSC, watch this video for a better explanation than I can provide.

    See build thread in signature
Also note, you only have the Rear Diff lock in the TRD Off-Road (prerunner or 4x4, doesn't matter)
