Indeed. Just always interesting to me, the choice of alloys. Not faulting Al and bearing pocket looks fine.

Looks like an impact or two.:rasta::playball:

Is it bad that I answer the phone "Cub shop!" when I'm working in the garage?

Lol. Is it bad that I got home from work, stripped down to my drawers, put on an N-95 mask, and shot 2 more coats of paint on my 3205 frame yesterday? :D

I read this and immediately thought ''Michigan.'' Yep, I was right. Vicious little critters this year.

I lived in Houston where I thought the mosquitos were rough---then I visited my brother in Wahpeton, ND and learned what skeeters were really about.

Yeah, the mosquito is bad this year.

If I have any serious spray painting to do, I'll hang the panels upside down from the ceiling and shoot the paint up. No risk of runs either.

On the topic of mosquitos, Back in california our shop backed up to an irrigation canal. Anyways I had to buff out a faded plastic hood one day. Did a decent job, parked it out back. Go out the next morning to grab it and finish some stuff up. Notice the hood is covered in mosquitos and gnats? What the hell. Just happened to watch a small gnat fly too close to the hood and it got sucked up against the hood and was struggling to move. I guess when I buffed the hood I gave it an electrical charge? A magnetic field? Something of that nature because any bug flying within an inch of the surface of the hood got sucked up against it. Weird because it was plastic. Wish I snapped a picture.

The BX got a thorough cleaning plus new front tires and mower blades. Also sanded the headlights clear.
