Back to the dirty hoe on a Sunday.
Jacked up tractor, rotate valve stem, remove air and not the sealant. Tire sealant sealed off this puncture.

Pull and plug away, lost count of plugs, atleast 3 of bigger plugs maybe 9 regular plugs, I only think I push one plug into the tire. Gonna rotate plug area down and add 50% air wait hour then top off air. If holds after putting heavy loads on tractor, I will Sawzall off half of the exposed plugs. If it don't hold up, then off to the shop, I'm not removing this filled tire.

Looking for advice, probably clean this area up, bend it back and weld it… or break it and weld it …. Customer states mower leaves a Mohawk stripe… didn’t see this until I took the deck off, loaded it in my truck to clean up and give it a once over…. Needs both spindles and blades…. And a weld. Only ever see the yellow decks break like this …. I’m not a fan of yellowE4E0DDCD-E526-499F-9373-5A36426D3E77.jpg

    I'd cut that entire weld.

Attach it to some 3/8" plate with 4 holes. Then drill corresponding holes in the deck. Body panel washers on the bottom side of bolts to spread the stress . Bolted down it will never give you troubles again.

    That's a steal if it has a 3-pt hitch

No 3 pt hitch. Has a good motor. Just got done talking to the owner.
    I bought it.
    I'll switch motors next week.

Cross your fingers mine with the bad engine can be repaired.

    Then we will have 2.

Sweet. I don't think you'll regret that purchase. The 3-pt may be difficult to find.

The one already has the hitch, so I don't really care that the one I pick tomorrow doesn't have one.

It was purchased purely as a motor donor.

If I can get the bad motor repaired, I'll put it in the parts machine. I'll ask if the owner of the 1st unit wants a second tractor. She has many, if not all the attachments that came with these units. She can keep the snow blower in one and the mower deck on the other.

I like these machines, but I'm more of a Case garden tractor guy.
